Peter Ohnemus

Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of dacadoo ag & dacadoo americas, inc.
Peter has been involved in high-tech and bio-tech investments over the last 25 years and this had led to four IPO’s and multiple trade sells. Peter co-founded ASSET4, the world’s leading provider of extra-financial information, in 2004, which was sold to Thomson Reuters in November of 2009. Mr. Ohnemus previously held senior executive positions with Sybase, Logic Works, The Fantastic Corporation and COS – all of which went public during his tenure.


Dr. Alexander Gutmans

Dr. Alexander Gutmans is partner at the law firm Walder Wyss AG. He advises national and international clients in the fields of commercial and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and financings as well as in the field of health care and life sciences in contractual and regulatory matters.

Mark B. Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman is member of the board of dacadoo ag. Mr. Hoffman is CEO of Oxygen-Finance in London and served as a Director of Eightfold Logic, Inc. and ON24, Inc. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Hoffman was President and CEO of Everdream Corp., which he sold to Dell Computer Systems in 2007. From 1996 to 2004 he was Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Commerce One, Inc. Before that, Mr. Hoffman served as Co-Founder, President, CEO and Chairman of Sybase from 1984 until 1995. Together with Dr. Bob Epstein they grew the company into the 5th largest software company globally at the time. Mr. Hoffman holds an MBA from University of Arizona and a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.


Michael Piechalak

Michael is a Principal at Rakuten Capital, based in the USA. He leads investments in international fintech and mobility startups. He has completed over 15 investment and M&A deals since joining Rakuten in 2014. Prior to Rakuten, Michael spent over 10 years in private equity and investment banking positions with firms in the USA, including H.I.G. Capital and Lehman Brothers. Michael earned his MBA at Duke University and his undergrad degree at Northwestern University.

Sanford R. Climan

Board member of dacadoo americas, inc.

Mr. Climan is President of Entertainment Media Ventures, Inc., a company active in media investment & strategic advisory work. He has also been active in motion picture & TV production and was awarded a British Academy and a Golden Globe Award. Mr. Climan has served in a number of corporate senior management positions in media and entertainment, among which he served as the first CEO of 3ality Digital, as Executive VP and President of Worldwide Business Development of Universal Studios, and as a member of the senior management team at Creative Artists Agency, serving as both a talent agent and as founding head of CAA’s corporate representation practice.

Manuel Heuer

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Manuel joined dacadoo in 2011 as COO, signing responsible for sales, marketing and operations. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Heuer worked in various sales, business development & marketing roles with increasing management responsibilities in the medtech industry, first with Guidant Corp. in Belgium, France and Switzerland and then with St. Jude Medical as Managing Director of Switzerland from 2008 to 2011. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Heuer held sales and marketing positions in the fast moving consumer goods industry with Nestlé in Brazil. Manuel Heuer holds an MBA from IMD International.

Paul Frey

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Paul is leading the technical organisation at dacadoo. He has extensive experience in the buildup and operation of secure internet platforms having led projects for Financial Services firms, government agencies as well as built his own company. Paul holds a Master of Science from ETHZ in Engineering and Business Administration.

André Naef

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

André has studied at the ETH Zurich, finishing top of his class as a master of computer science in 2000, with a minor degree in business administration. Working at Ergon Informatik for more than 15 years, André has covered a variety of roles in the software engineering field, including software development, requirements engineering, software architecture, project management, product development and line management. André’s key focus has been on business development by mapping customer business requirements to the state of the art in technology and seamlessly bridging the two worlds. In doing this, André has acquired broad industry knowledge, including the telecommunications, finance, insurance, government, retail, and health & fitness industries. One of André’s leisure activities is gaming, where he used to play at an international level. This supports his interest in gamification & behavior change.

Martin Zellweger

Chief Professional Services Officer

Martin joined dacadoo AG in 2016, focusing on customer success, responsible for professional services. During the past 30 years, partially as a co-founder, Martin held leading positions in innovative ICT companies in central Europe. He has a track record of managing complex, business-critical projects and change processes in both growth and larger organizations. Martin is experienced in finance, insurance, retail/wholesale, telco industry as well as in the public sector. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration (MA UZH), University of Zürich.

Matt Park

VP Sales North America

Matt is leading the sales efforts for dacadoo in N. America. He has 30 years’ experience leading sales teams from early stage software companies through rapid growth & expansion. Matt has participated on the executive team in a number of successful company exits via acquisition, including: Jobs2Web, where he led worldwide sales until it was acquired by SuccessFactors in 2011, which was later acquired by SAP in 2012. He also led worldwide sales at Softscape from 2004 through substantial growth until it was acquired by SumTotal in 2010. Matt also has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in Germany, France and UK, and has launched and grown several international subsidiaries for US companies, including Primavera Systems and Inso Corp.

Thomas Dijohn

VP Sales Asia-Pacific

Thomas Dijohn has a long history of successfully developing new businesses in Technology and Digital Media having lived and worked the last 20 years in Asia-Pacific. He built The Fantastic Corporation in Asia-Pacific, restructured Nomad technologies which was then sold via MBO, and grew an APAC business division in Fuji Xerox 250% over 5 years. In 2015 he was Intrapreneur-in-Residence at Sanofi developing healthcare technology of the future. He holds a MBA from Macquarie University in Australia.

Lukas Ammann


Lukas joined dacadoo in 2015 as Sales Director Europe and since January 2019 he expanded his regional responsibility to EMEA. Following his Master Degree in Sport Technology and Administration at the EPFL in Lausanne in 2008, Lukas moved to Singapore where he joined World Sport Group Pte Ltd (now a part of the Lagardère Group) – Asia’s leading Sport Marketing and Media Agency. From 2008 – 2013 Lukas worked in various sales, marketing & business development roles in the football, golf and cricket departments of World Sport Group, operating mainly in South East Asia, Australia and Uzbekistan. Following his return to Europe Lukas joined SenseCore, a high precision wearable technology mainly used in Formula 1 as Head of Sales Switzerland, UK and  Austria.

Blake Hill

VP Business Development Life Insurance & Re-Insurance North America

Blake has developed and launched insurance, savings, investment, and group health products, and through his leadership launching the Vitality program in Canada, he implemented partner integrations and the use of advanced analytics in marketing and customer engagement. Blake is now supporting insurance companies in North America as they transformation into customer centric and digitally enabled businesses using the dacadoo Health Risk Quantification and dacadoo Digital Health Engagement platform. Blake is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and Canadian Institute of Actuaries and he is an avid volunteer on several industry committees, task forces, and conferences.
