The dacadoo Health Score is a scientifically calculated number from 1 (low) to 1,000 (high). It moves up or down in real-time, depending on how your body, emotional well-being or lifestyle data changes. Think of it as your own personal stock quote of your health and well-being in real-time, similar to a stock quote on a stock exchange.
The dacadoo Health Score is based on over 200 million person-years of clinical data. It has been developed by dacadoo in collaboration with a professor and former long-term scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
