Fit for Christmas
Many of us have the mentality “but it’s Christmas” and forget to stick to their usual habits. And while we need to have fun during this time of year, we need to look after our bodies and wellbeing. So, Christmas is not an excuse. Let this be your goal. Set aside some time for exercise: walking, yoga, gym…anything you like. If you don’t have so much time, adapt your training schedule. Even a few minutes will get your metabolism pumping. On the days you do not have time for exercise, schedule in a short 5-10 minute meditation to focus on your body and slow down your breathing.
